Opinion We have audited the consolidated financial statements of Massachusetts Credit Union Share Insurance Corporation and Subsidiaries, which comprise the consolidated balance sheets as of September 30, 2023 and 2022, and the related consolidated statements of operations, comprehensive income (loss), equity and cash flows for the years then ended, and the related notes to the consolidated financial statements. In our opinion, the accompanying consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of Massachusetts Credit Union Share Insurance Corporation and Subsidiaries as of September 30, 2023 and 2022, and the consolidated results of its operations and its cash flows for the years then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
